GRS皮革可以使用多种回收材料,常见的包括:
1.回收聚酯(RPET):通常来自废弃塑料瓶,广泛用于制作环保型皮革。其中PET做成的材料占比是重量的20%,也就是100克的材料里面有20克含量的PET,PET是做在底部的,没办法做在面部,通常是RPET+水性PU。它在生产过程不添加DMF(工业有机溶剂),和VOC(油漆类挥发物体),所以价格比RCS贵个2倍左右
2.回收聚氯乙烯(RPVC):来源于回收的PVC材料,用于提高皮革的耐用性。
3.回收聚乙烯醇缩醛(PVB 玻璃胶):主要用于夹层玻璃的制造,有时也被用于皮革的粘合和涂层。RPVB可以做在面部和做在底部,面部占比是76%,底部是20%,剩下的是油性PU,但是材料不耐温度,所以不能全部做在底部,不耐拉,也不能生产于温度超过80°以上的产品
4.再生皮革:通过回收和再加工皮革废料制成的材料。

RCS是回收料+油性PU,油性PU的工艺,它会在生产中添加DMF或者VOC,DMF是有害物质,但是遇到水会挥发,但是不是百分百,会有残留,所以做油性PU的工厂会用到大量的水。
回收原料占比:
GRS可回收料:RPET+PU和RPVB皮革的回收料比例通常在30%至50%之间,如果客户需要要求比例高的话,则要RPET+PU+RPVB,这样子的比例才能得到百分之85以上回收比例,市场上一般都是RPET+PU比较多,所以他们的回收比例一般出百分之40左右。
水性生物基皮料的可降解比例通常在40%至80%之间。
